Water & Soil Quality Testing Begins

In August  2024, Double Bay Sanctuary team members began water, sediment, and soil testing to establish a meaningful baseline for long-term stewardship. The analysis indicates environmental quality within acceptable parameters, with very low levels of contaminants. Overall, the results suggest excellent water  quality and a balanced ecosystem supported by key biodiversity indicators.
