On September 4, because of Double Bay Sanctuary’s location in the Broughton Archipelago, we were able to respond on behalf of DFO to help locate and provide positioning for an entangled humpback whale, Tutu. Accurate, real-time positioning can make a critical difference in coordinating rescue response and reducing harm. We’re grateful to support this work alongside others committed to protection in urgent moments.
